Personal support

A named person from the first call: help with setup, funding, settings, reviews, and withdrawals, in plain Canadian English. Not a chatbot with your name inserted.

1. What personal support is

Every Nuvaultance account is assigned an account manager from the moment registration is verified. The manager is your consistent point of contact: the person who ran your setup call knows your scope and limits, answers the follow-up questions, books your reviews, and picks up the phone when something needs a human decision. Support is a designed part of the product, not a cost center we hide from you.

2. What you get

Individual service

One named manager, one context. You never restart your story at "ticket 4711" with a stranger.

Help at activation

Verification, profile, scope, limits, and first funding walked through on the call rather than discovered alone.

Fast answers

Email answered within one business hour on average, with written answers when the matter matters.

Personalized information

Statements and reviews that reference your actual positions and limits, not generic market commentary.

Continuous accompaniment

Scheduled reviews plus availability when markets or life change, for as long as the account exists.

3. What the manager helps with

  • Account activation: identity verification, investor profile, and the paperwork that comes with both.
  • First steps: the setup call, platform walkthrough, and choosing scope and limits you actually understand.
  • Using the platform: dashboard, alerts, statements, and the audit log, explained as often as needed.
  • Deposits and withdrawals: method choice, timing, limits, and chasing anything that stalls.
  • Keeping data current: address changes, document renewals, and beneficiary or contact updates.
  • Feature questions: what a setting does, what a report line means, and what happens if you change something.

4. Who it suits

Beginners who want a person to ask instead of a forum to search; experienced investors who want the administrative load handled; and anyone who has been burned by platforms where "support" meant a queue. It does not suit people looking for someone to make decisions for them: the manager advises and executes your choices, but the decisions remain yours.

5. How the service works

1

Register

The form takes two minutes and asks for nothing but contact basics.

2

Manager contact

Your manager calls to verify details and run the setup, within 24 hours on business days.

3

Activate together

Verification, scope, limits, and funding walked through and confirmed in writing.

4

Ongoing support

Reviews on a schedule you set, answers when you need them, and a named person throughout.

6. Support channels

Email at [email protected] is the backbone: it creates a written record for both sides and is answered within one business hour on average. Callbacks are arranged for anything complex, at times that respect your schedule, evenings included. Your account manager is reachable for account-specific matters during service hours. The help content on this site, including the FAQ and getting started guide, answers the common questions instantly.

Each channel has a job it does best. Email for anything that benefits from a written answer or an attachment: statements, fee lines, verification documents. The callback for anything layered: a strategy change with implications, a walkthrough of the dashboard, a decision you want to talk through rather than read about. The manager for anything account-specific: reviews, limit changes, escalations. Choosing the right channel the first time typically saves a round trip.

Response expectations are stated rather than implied: one business hour on average for email, same-day for messages received before mid-afternoon, and urgent security matters treated as urgent at any hour. When a genuine deadline matters, say so in the first sentence; the queue is ordered by need, and need is only known if you state it.

7. Service hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 ET (excluding public holidays). Requests outside hours are queued in order and answered first thing the next business day. Security-relevant reports, such as suspected unauthorized access, are treated as urgent whenever they arrive.

7b. What good support sounds like

Because "personal support" is a phrase every platform uses, here is how to tell it from the imitation. Good support answers the question you asked, in writing, in your first language, without upsell bolted onto the answer. It says "I do not know, I will find out by Thursday" instead of inventing reassurance. It quotes your actual positions and limits rather than sending a generic article. And it never, under any circumstances, asks for your password, a 2FA code, or remote access, because those requests are the signature of someone whose interests are not yours.

Hold the service to that bar from the first call. The verification call exists for the manager to learn your situation, but it is equally a live audition of the support you can expect for years: if the person rushes you, pushes a deposit, or cannot explain a setting in plain words, that is the real product showing itself early. Report it; the complaint route is published and retaliation-free, which is itself part of the service.

It also helps to know what support cannot do, because boundaries are part of trust. A manager cannot waive verification, override risk limits without your instruction, promise returns, or speed up another institution's payment rails. When you ask for something outside those lines, a good manager says no and explains why, and that refusal is a feature of the service, not a failure of it.

8. Deposits, withdrawals, and support limits

Managers help with funding and payout questions using the published methods and policy, but no manager can waive verification, speed up another institution's rails, or request your credentials. Anything a manager asks that contradicts this page is reportable to [email protected].

9. Frequently asked questions

Within 24 hours of registering on business days. The call verifies your details and runs the setup; no payment is required and nothing trades during it.

No. One named manager owns your account from setup onward, so context is never lost between calls. Cover during absences is handled by a colleague who can read your file, and handovers are announced in advance.

English and French are offered on every channel, reflecting the market this platform serves. Written answers are provided in the language of your first message.

Yes, on every tier. Basic accounts get online support with a named manager; Advanced adds priority handling; Premium adds individual service levels. Nobody gets a bot-only experience.

Only on your instruction and after identity confirmation, and every change is recorded in the audit log. Support never needs your password or 2FA codes to help.

Managers explain methods, limits, and where a payout stands, and escalate anything stalled without cause. The published policy governs the process itself.

Email [email protected], or ask your manager for a callback slot. Written questions get written answers, which keeps the record straight for both sides.
