Fraud warning
We take every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. Companies and individuals sometimes use our name or similar names without permission, and this page exists so you can tell the real platform from the copy.
Why this warning exists
Investment fraud works by borrowing trust. A cloned website, a lookalike domain, or a caller claiming to represent a known brand is often enough to separate a careful person from their savings. Because Nuvaultance publishes a real product with real people, our name is the kind fraudsters prefer to imitate. We publish this warning so that a search for "Nuvaultance scam" or "is Nuvaultance real" leads you to the facts rather than to a clone.
Clone companies
How clones work
Clones copy the brand, the logo, and sometimes whole pages of this site, then contact people with offers of guaranteed returns, recovery of previous losses, or urgent account problems. They operate from domains one letter away from ours and phone numbers we do not use.
If you suspect a clone
Do not share personal information, documents, or payments with anyone you cannot verify. Notify us immediately at [email protected] with the domain, number, or message you received. We track and report clones, though some remain unidentified for a time, so always verify independently before sharing anything.
Responsibility limits
Misuse of our name happens without our knowledge or control. We regret every loss caused by such fraud, but Nuvaultance Digital Assets Ltd. is not liable for fraudulent operations carried out in our name by third parties.
How to check you are in the right place
Check the domain
The platform is served only from nuvaultance-ai.com. Lookalike domains, extra hyphens, or different endings mean you are not on our site.
Check the contact
Official email comes from [email protected]. Any other address claiming to represent us, whatever the display name, is not us.
Check the behavior
We never promise guaranteed returns, never ask for your password or 2FA codes, never request remote access to your device, and never pressure you to deposit "before a deadline". Anyone doing these things is a fraudster, whoever they claim to be.
If you suspect fraud
Stop communicating, do not send further funds, and preserve everything: messages, numbers, domains, wallet addresses, and payment references. Report to us at [email protected], and to your bank immediately if a payment has left your account, since early reporting can sometimes freeze a transfer. Canadians can also report investment fraud to their provincial securities regulator and to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
Our commitment
We will keep this page current, answer every report, and never ask you for credentials in any channel. Security is a shared task, and this page is our half of it.
