General use
Fill in the form on the account page with your name, email, and phone, then submit. An account manager calls to verify your details, usually within 24 hours on business days. No payment is required to register, and the first deposit minimum is CAD 250, decided on your schedule.
No. The platform is built for people without trading experience: the analysis runs continuously, strategies follow pre-agreed rules, and a named manager walks you through setup. Lack of experience does not mean lack of risk, so start with an amount whose loss would not change your plans.
Yes. The account works in the browser on desktop and mobile with the same login, alerts, and dashboard. Large reviews and statements read best on a bigger screen, but every function is reachable on a phone.
Fees and results
Account opening, maintenance, custody, deposits, and withdrawals are free, and there is no monthly platform fee. Costs come from the service spread on closed positions for your tier and from third-party costs such as conversion. Every table is on the fees page.
Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction, and executed costs appear in the account's activity view and in the monthly statement. If a line is unclear, support explains it in writing.
No. Nothing on this platform is guaranteed, and losses up to the full invested amount are possible. The illustrative profiles on the home page are examples, not predictions of your results.
Features and using the platform
Market analysis, signal generation, and order execution within your agreed limits run continuously without your involvement. Deposits, withdrawals, strategy changes, and limit changes always require your action or confirmation.
Yes. Scope is agreed on the manager call: equities only, digital assets only, or both, plus the risk limits each side operates under. You can narrow or pause scopes later; changes are logged in the audit trail.
Fills, limit events, login alerts, and account changes by default, with the monthly statement by email. Channels and quiet hours are configurable in settings, and urgent security notices always come through.
Risks
Yes. Market, liquidity, counterparty, technology, and model risks all exist on this platform, and a total loss of the invested amount is possible. The risk disclosure explains each type and the habits that reduce avoidable losses.
It means sizing honestly. Volatile assets can move sharply against you, so caps, stops, and amounts you can afford to lose matter more than predictions. If a 20% swing in a week would keep you up at night, the risky sleeve should be small or absent.
Security and account
Mandatory 2FA before withdrawals, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts, remote session control, scoped API keys, and a full audit log. The Security page details all nine measures, and no measure protects against market risk.
Withdrawals require your authenticated request, verified identity, and a destination in your own name. API keys cannot withdraw, and staff never ask for your password or 2FA codes. Canadian coverage limits for deposits, securities, and digital assets differ and are explained on the Security page.
Help and support
Write to [email protected] with what you expected, what happened, and when. Most issues are resolved the same day. If the matter is a complaint, it follows the written complaints procedure with reference numbers and timelines.
Your account manager configures the initial setup with you on a call, which is the standard path, and the getting started guide mirrors it step by step. Nobody at Nuvaultance needs your credentials to help you.
